The biology laboratory is equipped with materials for conducting experiments in zoology, botany, microbiology, and environmental biology. These materials were acquired with support from scientific research projects (BAP) and TUBITAK projects.

The laboratory is designed to facilitate both theoretical and practical courses simultaneously. It features one projection area for theoretical explanations during laboratory courses and one printer for printing experiment sheets. Among the equipment available for experimental studies in the biology laboratory are monocular and binocular microscopes, ether, a refrigerator, a pure water device, a centrifuge, a magnetic stirrer, a pH meter, a precision balance, human models, human skeletons, and various consumables stored in special cabinets with glass doors and ventilation.

The laboratory layout includes two student work tables (150cm * 570cm each) and one working and dishwashing bench (72cm * 360cm) equipped with a sink. Additionally, there is a storage section with a bench measuring 73cm * 280cm. In addition to these tables, there is one mobile joker table and three tables designated for materials storage. Each student work table is equipped with two-sided electrical sockets to facilitate microscope examinations, allowing two groups to work simultaneously at each table.Thus, the Biology laboratory is capable of accommodating groups of up to 15 people for conducting experiments simultaneously. In addition to the active usage area in the biology laboratory, there is also a storage room available.
